Who we are

We are a specialist advisory firm, not a generalist consultancy. Our work sits at the point where regulation meets a shipment: the plot, the cooperative office, the border post, and the evidence file a customs authority or European buyer will ask you to produce. Being based in Douala rather than advising from abroad is a deliberate choice, proximity to the port, the corridor and the exporters is what makes the advice usable.

A clear point of view, a repeatable method and the specialist knowledge to make the route usable.

  What cannot be evidenced cannot cross a market.

  Trade barriers today are less about tariffs than about proof. A tariff preference you cannot document is worth nothing; a European contract you cannot evidence is already lost. Most firms do not need to be told a regulation exists, they need someone who can build the file that satisfies it.

  Trade policy and AfCFTA implementation, EUDR and supply chain due diligence, rules of origin, corridor and logistics analysis, governance and compliance system design, and bilingual professional training.
